Ruth Martinez Centeno

Ruth Martinez Centeno is a seasoned professional in service design, currently serving as a Senior Service Designer at Yape since October 2024. Previously, Ruth held multiple roles including Service Design Manager, Service Design Lead, and Project Design Lead at BBVA from May 2021 to October 2024, where expertise was applied in defining and managing design strategies and leading diverse teams. With a background in User Experience and Service Design at Prima AFP, alongside consulting experience at Jcodee and research roles in various organizations, Ruth has consistently integrated frameworks like Design Thinking and Behavioral Design in projects. Ruth’s academic credentials include a diploma in Service Design from Istituto Europeo di Design and a bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos.
