Eileen Herbert has worked in a variety of roles since 2008. Eileen began their career as a Cast Member at Walt Disney World in 2008, where they provided guests with a magical experience by utilizing empathy and creativity. In 2009, they worked as a Sales Associate at H&M, where they rotated throughout the store in all positions from customer service to cashier, inventory, stocking and merchandising. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Customer Relations Clerk at the Seminole County Public Library, where they were trusted with answering questions and clarifying library policy for up to 100 customers per shift. In 2015, they became a Full Time Graduate Student at City, University of London. In 2018, they were Lead Marketing Concierge Specialist at AdventHealth, where they took between 50 and 100 calls/day and facilitated 1:1 training for at least 8 new hires in the role. That same year, they also worked as a Digital Marketing & Customer Service Specialist at BrightLight Books, where they developed a robust marketing plan and provided exceptional customer service. Finally, in 2019, they became Team Lead, Customer Success at YAPI, where they managed strategic and high-level operations of the Customer Success team, directly orchestrated and oversaw the growth of the team from 4 to 10 Customer Success Managers, and designed and implemented outreach projects to connect Customer Success Managers with clients for customer engagement and retention.
Eileen Herbert has a Master's degree in Creative Writing - Playwriting and Screenwriting from City, University of London, which they earned from 2015 to 2018. Eileen also has a Bachelor's degree in English - Creative Writing from the University of Central Florida, which they earned from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, they have taken courses in Film Acting at Art's Sake Studio from 2013 to 2014, and Sketch Writing at SAK Comedy Lab in 2013. Eileen has also obtained four certifications from LinkedIn: Creating Psychological Safety for Diverse Teams (June 2021), Leading Productive Meetings (March 2021), New Manager Foundations (March 2021), and Onboarding New Hires as a Manager (March 2021).
