Chrystel Monthean

Mrs. Monthean (born 1967) has served as Executive Vice President Americas since September 2020.

Mrs. Monthean has been a Yara employee since 1991. Her previous positions in the company include: Manager, BU Latin America (2018-2020), Value Chain Director (2013-2018), and Managing Director of Yara Vietnam (2007-2013). She held roles in various commercial functions and countries in Europe prior to moving to Asia and Latin America.

She holds a degree in agronomy engineering from ENITHP, and an MA in International Business and Technology Transfer from Rouen Business School.
