Soon Hee Koh

Soon Hee Koh is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in international law, specializing in M&A, joint ventures, long-term supply agreements, trade, sanctions, and employment matters. Currently serving as Head Legal Counsel for Africa & Asia at Yara Asia Pte Ltd since March 2007, Soon Hee Koh oversees legal affairs across 20+ countries in the region. Previously, Soon Hee Koh held the position of Legal Director for North America and the Caribbean, as well as roles as Head Legal Counsel for Asia & Oceania and Legal Counsel at various prominent organizations, including interTouch, Neptune Orient Lines, and American President Lines. Early career experience includes an associate position at Drew & Napier LLC, focusing on shipping and international trade disputes. Soon Hee Koh holds an LLB in Law from the National University of Singapore, complemented by education at National Junior College.
