Nicola O’rourke

Nicola is responsible for leading the programme delivery team within the development directorate and is responsible for day-to-day programme management and the delivery of new-build schemes. She also oversees quality and customer aftercare as well as the Wayfarer Consortium. Nicola has carried out various roles within the housing development sector for the last 26 years and prior to that, local government.
