Dr. Shaker A. Aladwan

Dr. Shaker A. Aladwan has extensive experience in academia and consultancy, currently serving as an EFQM Assessor at EFQM since 2012 and as an Assistant Professor at Yarmouk University since January 2016. Dr. Aladwan founded and managed SEATC, a London-based training and consultancy company, from May 2015 to 2017. Previous roles include Full Time Instructor at Yarmouk University, Quality Specialist at Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority, and Officer and Head of Division at Jordan Customs. Dr. Aladwan holds a Ph.D. in Management specializing in Total Quality Management and Business Excellence from the University of Birmingham, alongside a Master's in Public Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration from the University of Jordan.
