Mihai Stancu

Mihai Stancu has diverse work experience in the field of technology. Mihai is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at YAROOMS. Previously, they held a similar position at Neurony, where they managed four teams and 24 individuals involved in bespoke software development. Mihai also introduced and monitored process changes to enhance efficiency. Before that, Mihai worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Bolt and contributed to various software projects. Mihai gained considerable expertise during their tenure at eMAG, where they served as a Technical Team Lead and later as a Senior Software Engineer. Mihai played a crucial role in developing and deploying an award-winning warehouse resource optimization solution at eMAG. Mihai also contributed significantly to cost reduction efforts in transportation and warehousing activities. Prior to eMAG, they worked as a Software Engineer at Optaros, focusing on building custom modules and internationalizing Magento. Mihai's career began as a Partner and Lead Developer at Kraftmark, where they founded a web design studio and coordinated the technical aspects while working closely with clients.

Mihai Stancu pursued their education from 2005 to 2012 at the Electronics Faculty of Politechnic University of Bucharest, specializing in Information Technology with a focus on Computer Science. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications over the years, including "Effective personal productivity" from Leadership Management International, Inc. in September 2022, "Optimal Motivation" and "Situational Leadership II" from Ken Blanchard in 2016, "Magento Certified Developer Plus" from Magento Commerce in 2013, "Certificate in Advanced English" from Cambridge English Language Assessment in 2006, and "Cisco Certified Network Associate" from Cisco in 2004.
