Gurprit Singh is a seasoned analytics and insights professional with extensive experience in performance management and data-driven decision-making. Currently serving as the Manager for Analytics & Insights - Network Performance at Yarra Trams, Gurprit has been involved in departmental reporting and data quality enhancement since September 2019. Previously, a significant tenure at Emirates from March 2008 to February 2019 included roles such as Analytics Manager and Business Analysis Manager, focusing on business intelligence solutions for over ten commercial departments, resulting in considerable cost savings and improved revenue forecasts. Gurprit's academic background includes a Master of Business Analytics from La Trobe University, a Postgraduate Award in Organizational Leadership from the University of Warwick, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
