Ayelet Carasso is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the food services and business development sectors. Currently, Ayelet leads Food&Beyond at Yarzin Sella High-End Food Services since March 2021 and co-founded InfinityFresh in 2020. Ayelet has served as Head Of Business Development at Eltivu since 2019 and holds multiple board member positions, including with NaturaGrowth LP and R.E. Underwriting. Ayelet previously co-founded and served as CEO of Genie Enterprise from 2012 to October 2019 and owned SAT Interactive Ltd. from 2000 to 2012.
