Robert Segal

Robert Segal possesses extensive experience in food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs. Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member at Yarzin Sella High-End Food Services since July 2022 and as a Lecturer at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology since March 2021, Robert also co-founded Sher Consulting & Training in February 2003, which stands as Israel's largest consultancy in food regulatory affairs and quality. Prior to these roles, Robert was the Head of the Food & Agriculture Division at the IQC - Institute of Quality and Control from April 1998 to October 2002, where responsibilities included managing third-party audits and conducting trainings for global quality standards. Robert holds an MBA in Business Administration and Marketing from Reichman University and a B.Sc. in Food Engineering and Biotechnology from the Technion.
