Mikayla Wear

Mikayla Wear has extensive work experience in the field of engineering and robotics. Mikayla currently works at Yaskawa Motoman as a Process Engineer, a role they began in November 2021. Prior to this, from July 2017 to October 2021, Mikayla worked as a Controls Engineer at Honda of America Mfg., Inc. In 2017, they also had a role as a Robotics Lab Assistant at the University of Dayton Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. Before that, from May 2016 to October 2016, they worked as a Maker/Server at Proto Build Bar. Mikayla's early career included a Technology Advancement Co-op role at Yaskawa Motoman from January 2015 to August 2015.

Mikayla Wear obtained their Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Dayton from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended the Eastern Westmoreland Career and Technology Center from 2010 to 2013, focusing on Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering. Mikayla completed their high school education at Ligonier Valley High School from 2009 to 2013.
