Robson Santos has a diverse work experience spanning from 2007 to the present. Robson started their career as an Engineering Trainee at Pirelli in 2007. Robson then moved on to ThyssenKrupp, where they worked as a Sales Application Engineer and a Planner Methods and Process, acquiring skills in project analysis, technical supply development, and process planning.
In 2013, Santos joined Volkswagen do Brasil as a Process Engineer in the Body Shop, where they gained experience in project coordination, process development, and problem-solving related to capacity, production, and quality.
After that, they worked at Yaskawa Motoman as a Planning Analyst, where they developed skills in planning and analysis. Robson later returned to Yaskawa Motoman as a Sales Application Engineer, responsible for providing sales support and technical expertise.
In 2018, Santos joined EDAG do Brasil Ltda. as a Process Planner, where they continued to enhance their process planning skills. Currently, they are working at Yaskawa Motoman as a Sales Application Engineer.
Robson Santos completed their undergraduate education from 2006 to 2008 at FAENAC - Sao Caetano do Sul, where they obtained a degree in Industrial Mechatronics Technology. Robson then enrolled at UNIA - Universidade de Santo Andre/SP from 2008 to 2012, where they pursued a degree in Production Process Engineering. In 2010, Robson Santos attended Senai São Paulo for a diploma in Project Design Drafting, which they completed in 2011. Robson also studied at ETEC - Escola Técnica Estadual de São Paulo for a period of one year, from 2005 to 2006, focusing on Mechanical Engineering. More recently, Robson Santos pursued postgraduate studies at Faculdade Unyleya from 2018 to 2019, specializing in Welding Engineering in São Paulo.
