Vira Protsenko

Vira Protsenko serves as the Head of HR at YASNO since March 2021, overseeing the full HR circle, including compensation and benefits, organizational development, talent acquisition, learning and development, employee branding, and administration, significantly enhancing team effectiveness and brand recognition for over 1400 employees. Prior roles include Head of Talent Acquisition at YASNO, where recruitment processes were managed for multiple legal entities, and Headhunter and Career Consultant at GOLOVABOUTIQUE, focusing on executive search and HR consulting. Vira Protsenko was also COO and Head of HR at Arzinger Law Office, advising top management and implementing HR strategies, and served as Head of Recruitment at Staff Service, managing recruitment projects across multiple countries. Vira Protsenko holds a Magister in Economics and Management from Kyiv National Economics University, with additional qualifications in coaching and effective leadership.
