Saleh Baeshen Cipp

Saleh Baeshen CIPP, APICS, CICCM is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in procurement and contract management. Currently serving as a Procurement Supervisor at Yanbu Aramco Sinopec Refining Company (YASREF) Ltd. since November 2015, Saleh is responsible for overseeing procurement activities. Previous roles include Buyer, CIPP at YASREF, HR Assistant at AECOM from March 2014 to February 2015 where responsibilities included establishing HR policies and advising on recruitment, and Contract Controller at Saudi Aramco Base Oil Company-Luberef, ensuring timely delivery of services and compliance with contract procedures from September 2013 to February 2014. Saleh also contributed to INLET Facilities & Tank Farm Projects Division at YASREF in early 2013. Saleh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from Yanbu University College, earned from 2007 to 2011.
