Najwa Ennsaila

Najwa Ennsaila has worked in two different companies in chronological order. In 2021, they worked as a Telesales Representative at Konecta, where they proposed products to clients over the phone and focused on activating and retaining new customers. Later in the year, they joined Yassir as an Account Manager, serving as the primary contact for all aspects of customer account management, including debt collection. najwa also collaborated with internal teams to ensure customer needs were met and developed strategic account plans for each client. Additionally, they took on the role of Content Lead at Yassir, where they were responsible for developing content management solutions for various websites and managing web content for two countries. najwa also oversaw technical support for applications and made modifications, additions, and deletions to web content.

Najwa Ennsaila's education history is as follows:

From 2018 to 2019, Najwa attended IMAME El BOUKHARI and obtained a baccalauréat degree.

From 2019 to 2021, Najwa attended ISTA CFMOTI NTIC1, where they studied Gestion des entreprises (Business Management).

In 2020, Najwa also attended Wall Street English to study the English language.

Additionally, in April 2021, Najwa obtained a certification in marketing numérique (Digital Marketing) from Google.
