Ryan Nugent

Ryan Nugent is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program and project management, specializing in delivering custom application solutions and digital automation. Currently serving as a Sr. Consultant in Program Management at Yates Ltd since July 2023, Ryan previously held the role of Engagement Manager at Mindset Consulting, LLC, where expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies was utilized. At Sparkhound, leadership of application development teams and management of over 14 projects totaling approximately $5MM in contract value were key accomplishments.
