Geoff Dornes

Geoff Dornes is an experienced professional in the packaging industry, currently serving as Regional Sales at Yaxin Flexible Packaging since February 2023. As the Founder and CEO of PKG KARMA LLC since June 2016, Geoff has demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership. Previous roles include Packaging Engineer in Nutrition Packaging R&D at Team Nutrilite from December 2016 to September 2019 and multiple positions at Mattel, Inc. from June 2011 to December 2016, culminating as Senior Packaging Engineer specializing in Global Procurement and Packaging Innovation. Geoff began the career as an Intern Packaging Engineer at both Mattel, Inc. and American Packaging Corporation. Educated at the Rochester Institute of Technology, Geoff holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Packaging Science, earned in 2011.
