Neil Williams

Neil Williams has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Neil most recently worked at Yazara as the Vice President of Sales & Partnerships for the UK and EU. Prior to that, they served as a Director at NorthStar (Biometrics & Payments) Consulting, specializing in sales consulting, proposition development, and management for cutting-edge payment acceptance solutions. Neil also worked as a Sales Director at Rubean AG, where they served from 2017 to 2023.

Additionally, Neil has experience in the voice biometric industry, having worked as a Business Manager at VoiceVault and as a Sales Director at VoiceTrust. Neil was responsible for providing voice biometric solutions and leveraging domain expertise and intellectual property in digital payment transaction processing.

Before their ventures in biometrics, Neil worked as an Identity & Fraud Consultant and Sales Lead at Experian, contributing to the creation of the "Medical Insurance Exchange" initiative. Neil also held the position of Business Development Manager at International Decision Systems, where they achieved New Business generation for leasing and asset finance management solutions. Prior to that, they worked at Fair Isaac as an Account Executive for the EMEA region, and at Target Group as a Business Development Manager.

Neil's early career included an Analyst Programmer role at HPI Ltd. Neil is also AML Qualified and has received ICT AML Compliance certification. Neil's extensive work experience reflects their expertise in sales, partnerships, biometrics, fraud consulting, and business development.

Neil Williams attended North East Surrey College from 1988 to 1991, where they obtained a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Software Engineering. Prior to attending college, they completed their education at Monmouth (Haberdashers) Grammar School, although specific details about the degree or field of study are not available. In addition to their formal education, Neil Williams obtained a certification in AMLA (Anti-Money Laundering Awareness) from the ICT Authority in November 2011.
