Lance Moyer

Lance Moyer received his Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources (HR) from Western Governors University. Prior to joining YBGR, Lance was employed as the Director of HR for Aerospace Manufacturing for more than four years and spent more than 17 years working for Normative Services, a residential treatment center for adolescents, beginning as a youth counselor and eventually transitioning into Business Director. With his experience working directly with youth to his vast oversight of fiscal, HR, information technology, and safety, Lance provides quality leadership to YBGR as the Director of HR. His duties include oversight of all HR functions and development and achievement of expected goals and outcomes in the areas of HR, safety, and training.
