Sandy Ma is a seasoned professional in the field of Learning and Development with extensive experience spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as the Manager of Learning and Development at YCH Group since October 2023, Sandy previously held the position of Senior Training Specialist at 亞培 from October 2022 to September 2023. Prior to this, significant roles included Assistant Learning and Development Manager at 香港鐵路有限公司 for nearly a decade, Senior Training Executive at FANTASTIC NATURAL COSMETICS LIMITED, and various training positions at Modern Terminals, Fairton International Group Limited, and China State Construction Engineering Corporation. Sandy holds a Master of Science in Strategic Human Resources Management from Hong Kong Baptist University and a BA in Marketing from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
