Luis Cabrales-Vasquez

Luis Cabrales-Vasquez, MSW, currently serves as the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Manager at Year Up, where responsibilities include project management for various DEIB initiatives, stakeholder communication, and quality assurance for deliverables. Luis has also contributed to Year Up as a Change Team Fellow, focusing on antiracist organizational development, and previously held positions such as Program Manager and Development Specialist within the organization. Prior experience includes a Development Intern role at RefugeeOne, a Customer Service Representative position at Busey, and various service roles in retail and food industries. Luis holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and International Studies from Illinois Wesleyan University.
