Lauren Cox

Lauren Cox, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at Yearout Energy, where responsibilities include managing all HR functions, enhancing employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and overseeing the full-cycle recruitment process. Prior to this role, Lauren held the position of Head of Human Resources at International Grains & Cereal, managing HR for both US manufacturing and remote sales teams, and implementing organizational policies that strengthened corporate culture. Experience also includes roles at Robotics Education & Competition Foundation as Human Resources Manager, where Lauren facilitated hiring processes, managed payroll, and ensured compliance across a multi-state employee population, as well as earlier positions in HR coordination and recruitment. Lauren holds a Bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University-Commerce and a Grado from Universidade de Vigo.
