Azadeh Zarekar

Azadeh Zarekar is a seasoned environmental specialist with extensive experience in project management and environmental assessment. Currently serving as a Senior Environmental Specialist and Project Manager at Pak Bum Sustainable Development Consulting Engineers since May 2018, Azadeh also holds a position as a Senior Contract Environmental Specialist at YEKOM since September 2013, where responsibilities include technical descriptions, impact assessments, and environmental management programs. Past roles include Senior Environmental Specialist at Arman Mohit Pak Iranian and Piramoon Consulting Engineering, where key duties involved project coordination and stakeholder engagement. Azadeh has also contributed to the field as a President of the World Student Environmental Network and as an English Second Language Instructor at Goftegoo Higher Education Institute. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Environmental Planning and Management from the University of Tehran and a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources Engineering from Islamic Azad University.
