Gabrielle Hock, MBA has held a variety of roles since 2010. Gabrielle began their career as a Childcare Provider at Centegra Health System in 2010. Gabrielle then moved on to become a Hostess at Seasons 52 Restaurant in 2013. From 2015-2016, they held internships at Rockit Ranch Productions and AM Consultants Group. During this time, they were also a Server at Earls Kitchen + Bar. From 2016-2019, they worked at Uber as a Customer Success Manager and Midwest Partnerships Manager. Gabrielle then joined CareerBuilder in 2019 as a Customer Success Manager II, where they managed a book of 60+ clients totaling $2.5M TCV and conducted extensive 1-on-1 and group trainings. In 2021, they joined Yello.co as a Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager.
Gabrielle Hock has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from DePaul University, which they obtained in 2016. Gabrielle is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from DePaul University, which they are expected to complete in 2022. Additionally, they have obtained five certifications from LinkedIn in 2022, including Mobile Marketing: Creating a Strategy, Programmatic Advertising Foundations, UX Foundations: Multidevice Design, UX Research: Mobile Diary Studies, and 5G Technology Strategy: Next-Generation Mobile Networking.
