Niki Trumble (COI)

Niki Trumble has a long and varied work experience in the field of COI. Niki began their career in 2006 with Kenexa IBM as a Helpdesk Technician, then moved up to Technical Consultant and Senior Client Services Manager. In 2012, they joined IBM as a Senior Project Manager, Senior Training and Documentation Consultant, and Training and Consulting Manager. In 2021, they were a Product Manager at Infinite Computer Solutions, and in 2022 they took on the role of Product Manager at Talogy and Sr Product Manager at Yello.co. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for identifying opportunities, building product vision, understanding market needs, and researching customer and user needs. Niki has also managed teams, provided technical support and consultation for customers, and performed internal and customer product trainings.

Niki Trumble obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point between 2002 and 2006. Subsequently, they have obtained a number of certifications from various institutions such as Talogy, IBM, LERN, and Skillsoft, including a Caliper Certification from Talogy (previously PSI Caliper) in April 2022, Data Science Foundations - Level 1 from IBM in June 2021, Enterprise Design Thinking - Team Essentials for AI from IBM in May 2021, Certified Online Instructor (COI) from LERN in December 2020, and IBM Certified First-Line Manager from IBM in April 2021.
