François-Philippe L. Gauvin has a diverse work experience in the gaming industry. François-Philippe is currently working as an Environment Artist at Yellow Brick Games Inc. Prior to this, they worked at Ubisoft Quebec City as a Character Artist from January 2020 to December 2021.
From 2015 to 2020, François-Philippe worked at Ubisoft Québec as a Level Artist. During their time there, they contributed to various projects including Assassin's Creed Odyssey, For Honor, and Assassin's Creed Syndicate.
In 2014, François-Philippe had an internship as a 3D Artist at Ubisoft Montréal. François-Philippe participated in a production for the winning game prototype from Ubisoft Montreal Academia Game Lab competition, where they created a modular environment with accompanying textures.
Before their career in the gaming industry, François-Philippe worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer from 2008 to 2012. In this role, they created graphic identities, brochures, flyers, publicity banners, business cards, and websites. François-Philippe excelled in client communication, creative problem-solving, and meeting tight deadlines.
François-Philippe L. Gauvin began their education in 2005 at Cégep de Sherbrooke, where they pursued a degree in Graphic Design. François-Philippe completed this program in 2008. In 2011, François-Philippe enrolled at NAD - UQAC to pursue a Bachelor's degree in 3D Animation & Digital Design with a field of study focused on Video Games. François-Philippe successfully completed this program in 2014.
