Francis Harrington, MBA MSEM has a diverse work experience in various roles within the marine industry. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Territory Sales Manager for Seven Marine. Francis then joined Nor-Tech High Performance Boats where they served as a Customer Service Manager and Operations Supervisor from 2014 to 2016. In 2007, they became an Operations Manager at Harrington Primary Care until 2012. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as the Head of Customer Experience at Bertram Yachts, focusing on customer-facing procedures and quality control. More recently, they held the position of Senior Director of Customer Experience at Warbird Marine Holdings LLC, where they managed teams responsible for customer service and support, revenue generation, and warranty claims. Francis then moved on to Yellowfin in 2023 as the Vice President of Operations.
Francis Harrington, MBA MSEM, obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management from Hodges University. Francis later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Business Administration and Management from the same institution. Additionally, they received a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the Florida International University - College of Engineering & Computing. Francis also attended Millbrook School, where they completed their high school education.
