Robert Gifford

Robert Gifford is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in client management and business development. Currently serving as Local Sales Manager and previously as Senior Elite Account Director 2 at Yelp since November 2014, Robert has demonstrated expertise in driving new client acquisition for small to medium-sized businesses, utilizing a comprehensive sales approach. Prior to this role, Robert launched the sales division for Yelp WiFi as an Elite Account Executive, focusing on digital retention marketing and leveraging demographic data for revenue growth. Earlier experience includes a successful tenure as Customer Service Specialist at REI, where Robert excelled in membership sales, and leadership roles at Cru, where development and mentorship of student volunteers were key responsibilities.
