Norman Cheong

Norman Cheong is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Director for Malaysia and Singapore at Yeo Hiap Seng since July 2021. Cheong oversees the full HR spectrum for these regions and leads group HR projects across multiple countries, including implementations of various SuccessFactors modules and HR operational migrations. Prior to this role, Cheong was the Head of HR at Jardine Schindler Group, where responsibilities included establishing an HR Business Service Center serving 12 countries. Earlier experience includes positions at DHL in HR operations and at Symphony HRS in various HR and payroll roles. Norman Cheong holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from The University of Queensland.
