Gen Massey

Gen Massey serves as the Supply Chain Director at Yeo Valley Farms (Production) Ltd since June 2019, focusing on the strategic planning of the UK Supply Chain. Previously, Gen held significant positions including EMEA Head of Central Operations at Newell Brands and Group Supply Chain Director at Lactalis. With extensive experience across major companies such as Danone and Unilever, Gen has developed and implemented global supply chain strategies, overseen customer service excellence across Europe, and led supply chain teams in various operational roles. Gen holds a BA Hons Degree in Hospitality Business Management from the University of Brighton.
