Katharina Pottebaum

Katharina Pottebaum has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Katharina began their career in 2010 with LA CONCEPT Gmbh as an Inside Sales representative until 2013. Katharina then joined LUCAS Drive GmbH as a Sales and Office Manager, where they handled inside sales, office administration, and project management, primarily working with Formula 1 sponsors. In 2013, they moved to the German American Chamber of Commerce of the Southern U.S., Inc., where they served as the Membership & Events Coordinator in the Carolinas. Katharina'sresponsibilities included new business development, outside sales, and event management, focusing on German subsidiaries in North and South Carolina. Since 2015, Katharina has been working at YER USA as the Director of the German Desk and International Executive Recruiter. Katharina'sroles at YER USA include candidate sourcing, interviewing, candidate selection, shortlist presentation, and candidate and client management. Katharina'sclients primarily consist of European subsidiaries in the United States, with a particular focus on German companies. The industries they specialize in at YER USA are intralogistics/material handling, automotive, industrial automation, manufacturing, mechanical and industrial engineering, food processing, and machinery.

Katharina Pottebaum attended Götttenbach Gymnasium in Idar-Oberstein, Germany from 1997 to 2006, where they completed their high school education. During this time, their areas of study included English, German, and Politics.

Following their high school graduation, Katharina attended the University of Sunderland from 2006 to 2010. There, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies.

In addition, Katharina also briefly attended Berkeley College in 2008, where they studied International Business. However, it is unknown whether they completed a degree in this field.
