Mickey Van Leur

Mickey van Leur has been serving as a Team Lead at YER since July 2017, currently leading the Electrical/Electronics team and the Mechanical team, while also managing large accounts as a Key Account Manager. With a background that includes responsibilities in international recruitment, field management, coaching, and relationship management, Mickey has built a strong network within the mechanical engineering sector. Previous experience includes an HR internship at Cadmes, which involved personnel and salary administration, recruitment, and training, as well as a consulting internship focused on recruitment at ForAmbition. Mickey holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Fontys Hogescholen Tilburg and has completed a propedeuse in human resources management and applied psychology.
