Jeremy Rilkoff, CPA, CGA, ProfCertAM

Jeremy Rilkoff, CPA, CGA, ProfCertAM, has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jeremy began their career in 2013 as an Office Administrator at Kegtappers Inc. In 2014, they worked as an Accounting Clerk and later as a Budget Analyst at the City of Burnaby.

In 2014, Jeremy moved to 3M, where they served as an Accounts Receivable Analyst. Jeremy then joined Destination Canada in 2016 as a Financial Officer, before transitioning to SPARC BC as a Financial Analyst in 2017.

Later in 2017, Jeremy took on the role of Financial Analyst at the City of Victoria BC and continued their financial analysis work at Yervana in 2023. Alongside these positions, Jeremy also gained experience as the Owner of Rilkoff Consulting, providing their expertise on a consultancy basis.

Furthermore, Jeremy joined the Capital Regional District as a Financial Analyst in 2018, before progressing to the role of Capital Asset Accountant and later Senior Financial Advisor.

Most recently, Jeremy has been an Apprentice Mentor at Lighthouse Labs, where they provide guidance and support to students in the areas of data analytics, programming, and logical thinking, with a specific focus on Python and SQL.

Jeremy Rilkoff, CPA, CGA, ProfCertAM, has an education history that includes a range of qualifications in different fields. In 2010, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from Camosun College, which they completed in 2013. Subsequently, in 2018, they obtained their CPA certification from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada). In 2020, Jeremy obtained a Professional Certificate in Asset Management Planning from the Institute of Public Works Engineering of Australasia. Additionally, they pursued further education in data science, obtaining a Diploma of Data Science from Lighthouse Labs in 2022. Jeremy has also acquired additional certifications, including SQL Essential Training from LinkedIn in February 2022, and a Professional Certificate in Asset Management Planning from IPWEA in December 2020.
