Archana Shiroor

Archana Shiroor currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at YES BANK, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this, Archana held multiple leadership roles at HDFC Bank from April 2018 to March 2023, including Senior Executive Vice President and Executive Vice President of Human Resources. Archana's earlier experience includes a significant tenure at Barclays from 2006 to January 2018, where responsibilities included serving as Director and Head of HR for Corporate, Investment Banking, and Wealth. Archana's educational background includes a Master's in Personnel Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Psychology, and Sociology from the University of Mumbai.
