Nilesh Padwal

Nilesh Padwal has extensive experience in the field of datacenter operations and IT infrastructure. Nilesh started their career in 2001 as a Customer Support Engineer at Innovative Solutions and then worked as a Network Engineer at Venmitra Systems in 2003. In 2003, they joined Wipro FMS as a Senior Support Engineer before moving on to Raymond Limited as an Officer in system and database administration. Nilesh then worked as a Senior System Executive at Hathway Cable & Datacom Ltd and as a System Executive at 3i Infotech Ltd. In 2007, Nilesh became the Manager of IT at Loop Mobile India (P) Ltd, where they focused on IT infrastructure and data center management. In 2014, they joined Clover Infotech as a Senior Manager in Infrastructure Technologies. Nilesh then worked at DBS Bank as a Senior Manager in Datacenter & Projects from 2017 to 2021. Currently, they are working as an SVP in Datacenter Operations at YES BANK since June 2019.

Nilesh Padwal attended B-school from 2007 to 2010, where they pursued a Master's in IT (MIM).
