Jennifer Romero

Jennifer Romero has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their role as Supervisor at Rutgers University Foundation in 2011. In this role, they were responsible for training a staff of over 100 employees and achieved over $100K in donations for the foundation's academic and scholarship programs. In 2013, they were an Political Advocacy Intern at AARP, where they coordinated and documented meetings between members of the NJ State Legislature and AARP's Director of Political Advocacy. In 2015, they joined SmartBrief as a Digital Media Sales Associate, where they strategized and executed innovative and successful business-to-business advertising and sales pursuits. From 2017 to 2022, they worked at Vesta Healthcare (formerly HT Health), first as an Account Manager, then as an Account Advisor, and finally as Manager of Operations. In this role, they designed cutting-edge strategies in operational and clinical Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and revitalized operational performance, efficiency, and sales initiatives that consistently increased profits. Currently, they are the Head of Operations at Yes Hearing.

Jennifer Romero attended Rutgers University from 2010 to 2014, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science, History, and Visual and Performing Arts.
