Katie Hicks

Katie Hicks is an experienced professional who currently serves as the Director of Compensation and Benefits at YES Prep Public Schools. Katie previously held roles such as Manager of Compensation and Benefits and Human Resources Generalist at the same company. Prior to joining YES Prep Public Schools, Katie worked as a Grant Administrator at Houston ISD. Katie also has experience as an English Language Instructor at Junta de Andalucía where Katie focused on maintaining a positive and learner-centered classroom environment. Katie holds a degree in Communication Studies with a focus on Secondary Education and Teaching from Texas State University.
