Will Fawcett, MBA has worked in various roles since 2011. Will began as a Mutual Fund Accountant (Associate 1) and Financial Reporting Associate (Associate 2) at State Street from 2011 to 2014. Will then moved to State Street Global Advisors, where they worked as a Relationship Management Analyst (Senior Associate) and Consultant Relations Analyst (Officer) from 2014 to 2019. In 2019, they joined Ciprun Global as Director Of Business Development, where they managed the client life cycle, led the sales cycle, developed case studies, coordinated with the marketing team, and attended high-profile intellectual property conferences. Currently, they are employed at Yesware as Senior Customer Experience Specialist and Customer Experience Specialist.

Will Fawcett holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, where they concentrated in Entrepreneurship. Will earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the University of Oregon in 2010, and they also studied at the Universidad Pablo de Olavide in 2009. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications from Klaviyo, HubSpot Academy, and Drift, including Klaviyo Product Certified (2021), Inbound Certification (2020), and Conversational Marketing Certified (2020).
