Alexandra Norris

Alexandra Norris, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Alexandra is currently employed at YETI as a Sr. Talent Business Partner & Project Manager, a position they have held since August 2022. Prior to this, they were the Manager of Talent Operations at YETI from March 2022 to August 2022.

Alexandra also held multiple roles at YETI, including Manager of Talent Business Partner from November 2021 to March 2022, Talent Business Partner from September 2018 to November 2021, and Talent Generalist from April 2018 to September 2018.

Before joining YETI, Alexandra worked as a Human Resources Generalist at 3D Systems Corporation from March 2017 to April 2018. Alexandra also served as a Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Specialist at B/E Aerospace from September 2014 to March 2017.

Alexandra gained experience in human resources management at Target, where they worked as an Executive Team Leader (Human Resources) from June 2013 to September 2014.

Early in their career, Alexandra interned as a College Ambassador Marketing Intern at Madewell from August 2012 to June 2013. Alexandra also served as a Recruitment Ambassador at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Football Office from April 2009 to June 2013.

Additionally, Alexandra gained valuable experience as a Summer Intern at The Amani Children's Foundation in May 2011.

Alexandra Norris, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Alexandra attended the university from 2009 to 2013 and pursued a Public Relations sequence in the UNC School of Journalism and Mass Communication. Additionally, they minored in History during their undergraduate education. Prior to their university studies, Alexandra attended Mount Tabor High School. In June 2022, they obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM.
