Arvind Gill

Arvind Gill has over 20 years of experience in various roles related to product safety, regulatory affairs, and compliance. Arvind currently works at YETI as the Product Safety and Compliance Leader. Prior to this, they were with Norwex USA for seven years as the Director of QA/Regulatory Affairs and Product Safety, where they oversaw the product life cycle and managed functions such as regulatory affairs, quality assurance, and product safety. Arvind also worked at Apple Inc. as the Restricted Substances Manager/Environmental Technologies, where they set and managed specifications for restricted substance use and ensured regulatory compliance. Before that, Arvind was a Group Leader at Mary Kay Inc., where they provided cross-functional leadership for regulatory affairs and product safety. Arvind has also worked as a research scientist at UT Southwestern Medical Center and as a Senior Scientific Writer at DAVA Oncology.

Arvind Gill has a strong educational background in the field of science. Arvind obtained a Ph.D in Plant Molecular Biology from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University between 1995 and 2000. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in Biochemistry from Punjab Agricultural University from 1991 to 1993. Their undergraduate studies were also in Biochemistry, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Delhi University from 1988 to 1990.

In addition to their academic achievements, Arvind Gill has also earned certifications in other areas. In June 2019, they obtained a Total Quality Management Professional (TQMP) certification from the Management and Strategy Institute. In May 2019, they also earned a certification in Strategic Organizational Leadership (SOLC) from the same institution.
