Claire started their career at Epic, a healthcare software company, where they worked as an Electronic Data Interchange Consultant and Engineer. In these roles, they led cross-functional teams through data conversion projects, implemented electronic medical record systems, and provided long-term support for client interfaces. Claire also completed development projects for client requested change orders. At SolarWinds, an IT infrastructure management software company, Claire worked as a Senior Support Operations Manager. Claire managed concurrent projects, performed data analyses for process improvements, and led a team through a website platform migration. During their MBA program, they interned at Nike as an Insights Delivery & Data Products Intern, supporting the Global Sourcing & Manufacturing team. Claire developed automation scripts, created data visualizations, and won an Analytics Intern Hackathon by designing a distribution solution that reduced costs and carbon impact. Most recently, Claire worked at YETI as a Data Scientist and Senior eCommerce Analytics & Modeling Analyst.
