Eric Boschi

Eric Boschi has extensive work experience in product safety and compliance. Eric is currently employed at YETI as the Manager of Product Safety & Compliance, a role they have held since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Crayola from January 2021 to April 2023 as a Product Safety & Compliance Manager. Before their time at Crayola, Eric worked as a Senior Product Safety Specialist from June 2020 to January 2021 and as a Product Safety Specialist from March 2017 to June 2020. Eric provided technical management and support for the Global Product Safety Program, ensuring that all products met safety standards and conducting microbiological testing. From November 2016 to February 2017, Eric worked at OraSure Technologies as a Quality Control Specialist, testing HIV devices and components. Eric also worked at Crayola as a Research and Development Assistant from November 2015 to November 2016, formulating products and performing testing. Prior to this, they had a brief role as a Line Cook II at Blue Mountain Ski Area, where they catered for large weddings and events.

Eric Boschi attended West Chester University of Pennsylvania from 2011 to 2015. Eric obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology during this time. In addition to their degree, they also hold additional certifications. In November 2016, they obtained a certification in GMP from OraSure Technologies. Furthermore, in March 2019, they completed the Safety Education Program and obtained a certificate of completion from The Toy Association.
