Jodie B.

Jodie B. currently serves as a Senior Talent Business Partner at YETI since December 2024. Jodie has extensive experience as an HR Director at Periscope Holdings (2018-2020), Sperasoft (2016-2018), and Trion Worlds, Inc. (2009-2016), where responsibilities included both HR Manager and HR Director roles. Jodie holds an SPHR certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute and an MBA from Texas A&M University-Texarkana, along with a BA in HR/Business from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from San Jacinto College.
