Joe Clifford

Joe Clifford, PMP is a Senior Engineering Program Manager I at YETI since October 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Engineering Program Manager II at YETI from March 2022 to October 2022. Before joining YETI, Joe worked at SharkNinja as a Senior Technical Project Manager, Robotics from January 2021 to February 2022, and as a Technical Project Manager, Robotics from December 2019 to December 2020. Joe also co-founded gaia Wearables in August 2016 and served as a Co-Founder until July 2020. Joe's other work experiences include roles at Fisher-Price, where they worked as a Program Manager from April 2019 to November 2019, and as a Reliability Engineer from June 2017 to March 2019. Joe started their career as a Vehicle Manufacturing Engineering Intern at Tesla from January 2016 to August 2016, where they managed projects, aided in planning and content list development, and implemented hardware changes. Joe also gained experience as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at Rheonix, Inc from January 2015 to August 2015, where they assisted in product development, designed fixtures, and conducted data acquisition. Prior to that, they worked as an Engineering Department Assistant at Rochester Institute of Technology from February 2014 to December 2014, performing equipment maintenance and assisting operating engineers. Joe's earliest work experience was as an Engineering Intern at the Town of West Seneca in June 2014 to August 2014, where they contributed to estimation and preparation of projects and conducted surveys and inspections.

Joe Clifford, PMP received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology, studying from 2012 to 2017. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in August 2022. Joe also completed a Post Graduate Program in Project Management Professional in 2021 from Simplilearn, along with a certification in Agile Scrum Foundation from the same institution in May 2021. In February 2013, they received an Organizational Leadership Certificate from The RIT Leadership Institute & Community Service Center.
