Kristen Phillips

Kristen Phillips has a diverse work experience in the retail industry. Kristen currently works as a Site Manager at YETI. Prior to this, they worked at The North Face, a VF Company, where they held multiple roles including Digital Merchandising Manager, Senior Digital Merchandiser, and Digital Merchandiser. Before that, they served as a Digital Merchandiser at Old Navy. Kristen also has experience at Cultivate Premium Corporate Gifts as a Merchandise Manager and Merchandising Assistant, where they oversaw the launch of new assortments, negotiated partnerships, and led the rebranding of the Artifact department. Kristen gained buying experience at BCBGMAXAZRIAGROUP as an Associate Buyer and at HD Buttercup as an Assistant Buyer. Kristen started their career at Forever 21 as an Associate Buyer and later worked at BCBG Max Azria as an Assistant Buyer and Retail Buying Coordinator. Kristen began their career with an internship at BCBG Max Azria, where they gained experience in floor sets, sample management, and trend research. Overall, Kristen has a strong background in merchandising, buying, and retail operations.

Kristen Phillips attended Colorado State University from 2007 to 2012, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Apparel & Fashion Merchandising. Additionally, they completed a minor in Business Administration during their time at the university.
