MacKensie Kennedy

Mackensie Hastings serves as the Associate IT Program and Portfolio Manager at YETI since July 2023. Previously, Mackensie held the position of Career Ambassador at Pepperdine University's Seaver College Career Center, advising over 100 students on resume and cover letter enhancement and contributing to professional development events. Mackensie has also served as Vice President of Operations and Director of Academic Excellence for Tri Delta, managing significant budgets and leadership applications while overseeing operations for over 100 members. Additional experience includes roles at Orangetheory Fitness as a Sales Associate, and administrative support at the Pepperdine Law Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution. Mackensie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with dual minors in Philosophy and Communications, as well as a Certificate in Conflict Management from Pepperdine University.
