Marty Duff

Martin Duff is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in supply chain management and operations. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Supply Chain and Operations at YETI since November 2022, Martin oversees the entire supply chain process, encompassing global sourcing, planning, quality, logistics, fulfillment, inventory control, and continuous improvement. Prior to this role, Martin held various leadership positions at VF Corporation from July 2015 to November 2022, including Vice President of Supply Chain for the America's Region and Vice President of Product Supply for Asia. Martin's career also includes significant roles at Vans, Johnson & Johnson, Lucent Technologies, and AlliedSignal, with a strong foundation in supply chain and operational efficiencies. Educational credentials include an Executive Program from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Master of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Supply Chain Management from Penn State University.
