Ron Romanowski

Ron Romanowski is an experienced data science leader currently serving as the Director of Data Science at YETI since October 2023. Prior roles include Director of AI & Data Science at Charles Schwab and Director of Data Science at Black Rifle Coffee Company, where responsibilities encompassed delivering data science models, customer analytics, and marketing performance reporting. At USAA, Ron held multiple executive positions, focusing on marketing data, business intelligence, and customer engagement algorithms. Early career experiences at Dell involved advanced analytics and predictive modeling across various business units. Ron holds a Master's degree in Economics from Northwestern University and a Bachelor's degree in Math, Economics, and Policy Studies from Syracuse University.
