Vasilena Ivanova

Vasilena Ivanova has a diverse professional background in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as a Frontline Development Specialist in the Consumer Channel Division at Telenor Bulgaria since April 2017. Vasilena's experience includes roles as a Quality Assurance and Training Specialist and Information Services Specialist within the same company. Prior to that, Vasilena completed a traineeship at the National Revenue Agency for a brief period in late 2016. In terms of education, Vasilena holds a Bachelor’s degree in European Studies from Sofia University and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of National and World Economy.
