Luka Dragović has extensive experience in customer care management, currently serving as Broadband Customer Care Manager at Yettel.Srbija since March 2022. Prior to this role, Luka held multiple positions at Telenor Serbia, including Broadband Customer Care Manager, Broadband Inbound Team Leader, and Consumer Contact Centre Inbound Team Leader from February 2019 to March 2022. Additionally, Luka worked as a Team Performance and Process Improvement Specialist and BCC Request Representative at Telenor from April 2016 to February 2019. Earlier experience includes a research internship at the Belgrade Centre for Security Policy from September 2015 to February 2016. Luka holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Belgrade.
